Holly and Wendy,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of your mom's passing. Thinking of her brought back so many great memories of her in school, at your house, and your pool. Your house was like a second home for long time and she was always caring and welcoming.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,

Wendy, Holly and families - I'm very sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of your mom as she was always a part of my life. Memories are good - one of my earilest of your mom was when I started school and had to remember that while in school she was NOT Ruth, she was ALWAYS Mrs. Wilson (per both my mom and your mom's instructions). Remember your memories and lean on God - both will see you through this difficult time.

Although you don't know me, I visited with Ruth every time I visited my own parents at Fredonia Place. Her personality was unique and I enjoyed (and sometimes envied) her energy and enthusiasm. I also had the opportunity to visit her when she was at Absolut Care, as my mom was moved there shortly after Ruth was. I only knew Ruth a short time, but I could tell she was a strong person who I'm sure had a positivie influence on many during her lifetime. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Wendy, Holly and families. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I remember when we all first meant and you lived on union street. I also have fond and humorous memories of your mother and mine in our kitchen turning around and knocking their glasses off the table at the same time. And I don't think any of us will forget the song "Norman" from our gym classes. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

The last time I saw Ruth she was in the ER at Brooks and the nurses had no idea who she was. I heard her voice and I asked if I could go and see her. She looked at me and smiled and gave me a big hug. I said I'm not my sister Penny and she said no you are Kim! She was a great lady to have known and I always enjoyed her in gym class. She'd always say that I was her favorite but really all of her students were her favorite. I will miss her and remember her forever!

Holly and Wendy - Your Mom is so very special. When I was first hired, she was
very friendly and helpful to the neophyte on staff. She is so warm, friendly, and always interested others. I feel a warm spot in my heart when I think of her. You were blessed to have her in your life so long. Ruth's light shines eternal.....

Holly and Wendy, you may not remember me, but I remember when you and your Mom became a part of the WACS family. I enjoyed having your Mom as a teacher and we all thought you were the cutest kids.

I am so sorry for your loss.
